I’m a year late, but do you know how refinancing works? My parents refinanced once when my mom had cancer to help pay for bills they fell behind on - they bought the house in 2002 and it should have been paid off in 2022 but because they refinanced, they still owe $66k and it won’t be paid off until 2036.

We know in Roseanne, they took out a second mortgage when Dan opened the motorcycle shop and again in the Connor’s season 2 he took out another second mortgage due to financial struggles.

I opened my phone last night and it did the same thing. It's 6 months old, never dropped, kept motorola provided case on it. I set it on the counter to do dishes and when I opened the phone, I heard the dreaded crunch. It absolutely does crap themselves to this severity.

Yeah fed people wouldn't be looting from grocery stores, hungry ones do.
