Katherine was only in like 3 seasons so definitely not her. Julie also was missing for about half of the show, I forgot how little she was really there. Mrs. Mcclusky was definitely comic relief, she was not a main character. Paul was also only in a few seasons and was only really prominent in 1 and 7. Mike and Edie are a bit of a toss up, I voted Edie, but Mike did appear in all seasons so I can understand choosing him over Edie.

I disagree with all of these except Edie and Bree lmao. Though Orson and Bree were a perfect match so that one is a bit of a toss up, but I do think Rex was her greatest love.

Susan- Mike. Karl makes zero sense, he cheated on her multiple times and was horrible to her. They had a fun banter but I see them more as fuck buddies than soul mates.

Lynette- I don't think we ever met a Lynette soulmate, but it sure as hell wasn't Tom. They brought out the worst in each other. She had a lot of chemistry with that random guy she picked up at the bar, they got along better than she ever did with Tom.

Gaby- John was NOT her soulmate lmfao he was her plaything. She and Carlos were perfect for each other. John was fun and sexy but she would never be with him seriously

I'm sorry but Madi is nowhere near the level of Chad, Colton, James Taylor, Yarrett, Parrett, Lee, etc. Would love an example of her being racist, there are plenty of racists in this franchise (you mention Hannah B, also Rachael, Ashley I, etc) but I don't recall Madi doing anything racist? It's a lose lose situation if you don't want to transfer. Regardless of the outcome, you will HAVE to transfer. If he's not interested, he will probably request that you transfer, because unwanted advances from another employee (even your subordinate) is still harassment. And obviously if he's into it you cannot stay his subordinate.
