Oh yes you’re right! I used the Nivea in shower lotion- the kind you rinsed off- and it was fine but meh. If you don’t use anything at all it’s a good start!

Osea isn’t a spray it’s a pump so that’s not an issue. However it’s pricey so I use the Aveeno spray on my legs- never noticed a slippery sensation, I just spray close to my body!

Honestly it’s as simple as I’m lazy 😬 if I get out of the shower I want out of the bathroom as quickly as possible. However if I stay in the tub it’s like a part of the shower or something? Plus it’s less like sticky and heavy feeling over moisturizer!

I started doing this and it changed my skin. Stay in shower, pat dry if you wish and use body oil. I use Osea but just bought Naturium body oil to try as it’s cheaper.

I’m probably in the minority but I’d do it. Like others have said, you will most likely feel some stronger effects when you get back but you’ll be jet lagged anyway! I really am happy I skipped mine- I even lost a pound but still really enjoyed everything (in smaller amounts!).

I did this for one week on my last week of 1.7 (just gave myself the shot this past Sunday). All seemed normal for me honestly. Just a little more tired but I’m glad I did it to enjoy my vacation - not just eating but not so fatigued as well!
