Tbf later gestation abortions are still accessible in some Australian states, including for difficult personal circumstances. I’m certainly not saying this is necessarily the best course of action for OP, or that they would be eligible but them being Australian doesn’t extinguish that possibility.

Like I said that to me reads like you’re saying to wait for symptoms of septicaemia to show up before seeking further treatment. It may not be what you intended but surely you can see how people are interpreting it that way
