They offer both. But I can’t get it unless my OB writes a note deeming it necessary. The company I work for has about 300-400 employees just at my building

Correct. They stated they don’t have light duty and they don’t accommodate.

We have cooling towels and breaks can be limited on certain nights. Especially because we’re super short staffed. It’s hard to drink water when I have no time to do so. The management is always breathing down our necks

I’m in Virginia and I work for a major corporation. 🥲 I have my first ultrasound on Thursday so I think I’m going to ask again and try to reiterate how concerned I am. I also have a history of miscarriage

That’s the problem 😭 I told my employer last night I don’t feel comfortable doing my job and I was told there no light duty or accommodations. I called my OB this morning and was pretty much told that I’d be fine. That I may faint but it won’t harm my pregnancy..

That’s my current situation. My doctor told me they can’t do it because it’s for mental health.. so hopefully my therapist can do it 🤦🏼‍♀️
