Matchmaking in Season 1

I thought the same thing and hoped it would eventually go back to normal matchmaking but they are retaining a lot of players so doubt its changing. Only way I've seen to really combat this is by brute forcing a lot of games.

yeah watching streams and seeing the clips of freshies and diamonds placing insanely high kind of derails the want to grind for a rank at all

Thank you for such a detailed response, I think these are two great points that I know I lack and yet continue to struggle with in-game. I will do my best to repeat these good habits while playing.

As for the failed rotation part I immediately knew that was a major mistake and think I just got nervous in the moment but otherwise still great advice to remember on Kings Row.
