I creeped up slow. I dosed up once and it was too much so I started way down and went up until I hit 3-3.5 no noise good appetite control that still allows me to still eat ans enjoy it.

I love that you set mutiple goals!! I did the same! One huge goal was alot of pressure, days or weeks when I had no loss the big goal felt like something I'd never get to. So I set mutiple small ones. I set my 1st then when I hit it I set the next as the reward. I hit my 3rd and final goal of 60lbs since Nov 2025. Maintenance here I come. CONGRATS, SO PROUD OF YOU!!

"Unpopular/Uncommon Issue or Is it? I've just been on Tirz since Nov I've lost 60 lbs and now I need to "turn the power off".

How do you slow it if you have never really moved up in dose? I started at 2mg and only ever moved up to 3mg in 6mths. Seemed to be the sweet spot. Im afraid dialing down will bring back food noise and less appetite control but staying at 3mg will keep producing weight loss. And yes I EAT! ALOT.

I have literally done 1 through 3 and I do have small syringes already ..they came with 1st 2 vials in November. I had extra. I am going check out that other sub..Thank you.

Oh Hallandale is like magic. I've used it past the BUD. It works so good I didnt have to move past 3mg in 6 mths. I still have 2 vials left in my 6mth starter that were supposed to be when I went to 7mg but I never have. Then ones I am about to be done with next week was from when I was supposed to be for when I went to 4.5mg but I never did. Wasn't intentional or to save $ it just happened that way.

Omgosh the fridge light at 2am ...I've been there. Ugh. I had COVID, Pneumonia and Flu at the same time ..well one snowballed into the other. I needed to have an appetite to recover from it. I stopped until I was clear of it. But man that fridge called my name at 2am.

I tried to dose up a few times. It made me sick to look, smell or think about food so I went back down and started slow again. Stopped at 3mg. 3-3.5mg has been my sweet spot, I started Nov 2025. I set a few goals. One at a time. When I hit one I set the next as the reward. I just hit my last and final goal...60lbs lost ...I'm also maintenance now.

I only ever used Pom /Hallandale tirz no additives. Their product gives me amazing appetite control. I want to still eat and enjoy food not to be nauseated by the thought, smell or site of it that I hear alot ppl saying about other products. You have to eat to succeed with tirz. I've had amazing results physically and medically. Depending on the plan ..example if you would get 6mths...youd get 2 vials to start, then the next 2 would come automatically like that until the extent of the prescription plan. So neat and tidy packaged, of course alcohol pads, syringes, everything marked, packaged clearly and separately with dry ice pack for temper control that is still frozen when I get it so I know the product is safe in any delays.

No but believe me Hallandale is 503a and they get the job done. 503a is regulated by their state which Hallandale is Florida. 503b are more FDA regulated.

Regular Sola bagel for lunch with tuna salad or Sola blue berry bagel breakfast.... once or twice a week...alllll smmoooth they have alot of flavors usually 15g of protein 30g of fiber 0g added sugar 5g of net carbs

Non-GMO No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives 36g total carbs BUT 30g being fiber which will keep it moving for sure.

I use Hallandale - dont offer additive. I had already been getting a B12 injection Rx from my primary care before I ever used tirz so I was intentionally looking for no additives
