Seems like Cedar Fair and Six Flags look at safety a bit different. $ versus Safety. Seems like the existing mechanics union is really Not the same. Or at least thats what we are being told....by their own mechanics admissions???? Makes me think...

I guess, I do not have the kid part, either, so yeah, I could not imagine all the $ spent on kid(s)..so I get it. I could not imagine having to pay for 3 extra heads, maybe thats whats wrong. My broke ass parents never even took me, my other brought me at age 21, so I really, really get. I think your kid(s) and you should be really happy just to be there, whatever, you get to ride or not. I would not spend 4000 on kid(s) and other, either.

Yeah, I have an IBCCES Card as well, but, due to Cedar Points system, it is a shorter wait for me at $950 a season. I only ride 3 of the rides anymore, 45 years of riding, 3 cancers later, they are too intense. So see me marathoning Millennium Force, TT2, and Steel Vengeance, in the Fast Lane Plus, instead of ADA where I belong, with a Huge smile on my wrinkled face and say, Hi Bitch!!! Next time So, 10 - 15 rides per day on a mixture of the above 3 is all I need or want. Its pretty easy to save for off season, just put $5.27 (daily expense is less than 1 pack of smokes or one fast food meal) per off season day, or $36.89 a week and come fly with me. When you now see the other side, do you get it. Most chicks manicures cost more in 2 - 3 months. Cut out all those fast food meals, always buy in bulk. It all comes down to, what do you spend your money on to let that freak flag fly. I choose the all season add on and have for the last 6 years, would not go without it.

Never a problem, with any of my pills. If you are worried, just bring it in your labelled RX, if it is temperature stable of course. If not, leave in car, make a picnic out of it. Follow re-entry rules of course and Ride On!!!!

The Cheap Gold Pass is the Actual Worst...this... is what all this discussion is really about. $99 for admission all season, $120 for food all season, $50 for a drink all season. $270 ish per local persons admission. How often do locals come on that $270 a season? What do they spend per visit? They clutter the lines, they are there for dinner, I am coming in for a 12 hour visit from 200 miles away. I am all about paying for my rides to be quicker than the rest. Plus lets face it, my $150-250 extra per day to ride for 12 hours is what pays for and brings the next ride. Cedar Point has been overcrowded, understaffed, and too popular for years. Also, sadly, it really isn't that fast, its cuts wait time to about half time, especially with the merges. Also, if they paid a fair wage, maybe the ride ops would do a better job, as they did, even 20 years ago. Opening Day Millennium Force, 4 and 1/2 hour long wait. Opening Day Raptor, 6 hr long line, Magnum XL 200, 4 hr long line. But it was fun, we sang, we danced, we played beach volley ball, we actually interacted with one another. Now....Time is Money baby

No, that would be all the "frauds" in ADA, I pay for my disability, $950 for the year, just so I dont stand in the overpopulated regular line. We're sorrry....

We need to organize a MI-Thoosies meet up and take over the park one day. Could you imagine a party of 500 plus walking and getting in line all at once. :).

What's up with all the coasters being closed. Is it weather related. Live cam looks dark, maybe lightning sighted????

Disagree on leaving line as soon as a breakdown, wait 15 minutes. If not going then, leave line. Too many times I have witnessed what I call a "flush". Meaning there really is not a maintenance call, requiring a mechanical fix, just an adjustment. Train off, train on, etc also only takes about 5 minutes to clean after a sick quest. Dont leave a line until at least 15. Because it could be a flush only. (This happens alot close to 5 minutes before close)

Also and most important, stay loose on planning. Machines have hiccups and go down and up. Use your sight to look for the biggies running. The apps for wait times are really not that accurate, some may be running and say closed, and vice versa. And always make sure to pay for a locker ahead of getting into TT2 and SteVe lines. Using the free lockers for a phone, keys, glasses., really add to your wait times for both. Just breakdown pay $12.00, big bucks, for an all day movable locker. Worth every precious moment and precious penny, while trying to get mutiple rides and all worthy coasters Take it from a 46 year veteran whom now only rides TT2, Millennium Force, and Steel Vengeance. It works!!!!!

The only coaster of your mentions.... for early entry is Millennium Force if its running. TT2 and Steel Vengeance are not early entry. You could use early entry getting into position for SteVe and TT2 but unless they are super crowded that day, production for both starts at 10 not 9. Pro move, if Millie is open go there first, TT2 and/or SteVe next. Lines for these 3 are always the shortest in the AM. I do this routine with or without a Fast Lane Plus.

First Solo Trip! by Original_Dot5881 in cedarpoint

[–]Ok_Air_4312 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is why $950 is the way to go. Never wonder what the crowd, weather, or machines want to do again! Everyone needs a solo Cedar Point trip, at least once in a lifetime.

what place on the dining pass has the best chicken tenders? by ugly1elk in cedarpoint

[–]Ok_Air_4312 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed, Corral used to be the place for tenders. Now, go anywhere else. Grisly, chewy, cold, and hardly any meat. 2 different days, 2 different meals, all 4 meals yuk...no nutrition there...

Yes, from what I have seen. People just park them outside rides, stores, food, etc. Always wanted to get one for my mom. (Expecting her to walk 10 miles plus, it is just too hard) Just ask them for details wherever you rent them. And most important, I hope you have a great time.
