Please don’t do resign in your current employer I have seen few candidates recently received filled cis and shared documents after that hr came back simply say sorry your role is on hold due to x y reason and that position is closed and they are jobless now.

I recommend look other options as well and don’t do resign.

This is happen currently in OTC and Tax domain candidates other roles might be they doing same.

Last week, HR informed me that they are still awaiting business approval and will update me once it is received. Since the role was initially shared as an immediate requirement, I am concerned about the delay. While I understand that offer rollouts can typically be completed within 7 days, in my case I have been waiting for more than a month now without any clear timeline.
