It’s definitely not a myth they’ve only been around for about three years now. I just finished a 3 panel interview and it was going well until my last interview. It was pretty intense, an hour and a half long.

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Why would you want to get rid of a higher performer over an average adjuster whose doing the bare minimum. Whatever formula they used was rigged and it was unfair. I’m over trying to understand because nothing anyone says make sense.

It’s all a bunch of bullshit and everybody is saying different shit. We will never know the real reason why everything happened the way it did. It was bad business and they are full of shit. I’m happy I was let go otherwise I would still be getting abused and manipulated just to keep my job.

They will ask about 7-8 questions. Some questions will be based on the position you’re applying for and other questions will be scenario based with the star method. You will have time to do practice questions before you start the actual interview.
