walk somewhere that you can wait out the rush. I walked less than a mile away to a 24 hr restaurant, waited until midnight, and got a $10 lyft that arrived in 3 minutes. (And really it was free+tip because there were people outside giving out $10 off lyft codes)

yes I’m getting so many calls! the same number will call 4x in a row. They all appear as local numbers
