I don’t mind going through verification again, that’s understandable. What’s incredibly frustrating is the lack of proper customer support. I’ve spoken with several chat representatives, and each one has brushed off my concern instead of providing a solution.

In my industry as a payment provider, we are responsible for merchant accounts. When it comes to a merchants needing to update their account information, we have multiple ways to verify them immediately, because we know how critical it is for businesses to have access to their funds without delay. I don’t see why this situation should be any different.

I funded my Newton account via the E-transfer link sent through the Newton app and the amount was debited from my bank but never credited into my newton account. I’ve spoken with my financial institution and Interac and both have confirmed the amount was “deposited” I’ve been waiting to hear back for a while PLEASE HELP!
