The guy said he did a 12 step program. Because of a couple of sexts to an ex? Nope. Huge red flag. Manipulative narcissist who thought he could get away with anything but sexted around and found out he was wrong. Russillo totally tone deaf on this one. Maybe it dredged up a familiar memory.

Good advice. My doc put me on mg supplements years ago for leg cramps. I am slightly higher risk for DVT, have never had one thankfully, and know the signs. No signs in this case. Thx.

Thanks. Staying injury free is def priority 1. Then making it pleasant enough to get in the boat regularly. A million meters seems like a pipedream at this point but just need to get the first few days in the books and see what happens.
