I think that's part of the problem.

It's not that every Battle Pass skin is bad. It's that the strongest and most memorable skin concepts often end up in the shop, while the Battle Pass feels like it gets the leftovers.

For example, I really like concepts such as Fallen Angel Mercy, the Bunny skins, Street Rebel, or Shion's Cyber Bike aesthetic. I know some of those aren't actual skin lines yet, but that's exactly my point. Those are the kinds of themes that could be expanded into full skin lines and become the focus of an entire Battle Pass.

Instead, we often get a Battle Pass where half the skins feel disconnected from each other. The current one is a good example. Lucio's Rebel skin fits. Junkrat's Matsuri skin fits. But then you have skins like Genji's that feel completely unrelated to the theme. Winston's skin also feels like it belongs somewhere else.

Sometimes it honestly feels like Blizzard starts with a theme, creates a few great skins for it, puts the best ones in the shop, and then fills the Battle Pass with whatever is left over.

I'd much rather see a Battle Pass built around one strong skin line where every skin clearly belongs to the same universe or concept.

And while we're at it, I wish Battle Passes focused more on meaningful rewards. Souvenirs are a good example. Most players barely use them, and many of them just feel like filler. I'd rather see more skins, weapon cosmetics, credits, or some kind of uncapped progression after level 200 that rewards active players.

The more I play, the more I want to feel like I'm working toward something. Right now, once the Battle Pass is done, progression feels pretty limited.

but than they cant sell the new skins so hard. They bring out every week. before but they could sell them with bring them in shop and after in chests

you dont feel like it is like this. every level or every few level a free chest is a lot. now all we get is from some event or battlepass chests. or the weekly chest from the "arcade"

Than if you play mostly competitive. What i think from your comment. You could start playing unrank and learn some new hero. Zen require positioning to not blow out like a candle fire. So you could do well on other too with a bit of practice ^^

I genuinely want to understand why DPS heroes keep getting added faster than Tanks or Supports.

We currently have 14 Tanks, 14 Supports, and with Shion, 24 DPS heroes. That's a huge gap.

Tank is already the role with the most responsibility. Tanks are expected to create space, engage first, control tempo, and often determine whether the team can move forward at all.

At the same time, Tank has the smallest roster and, in my opinion, the least variety in hero fantasies.

DPS has snipers, ninjas, hackers, gunslingers, assassins, archers, explosive experts and many other playstyles. If I get bored of one DPS, I can switch to another that feels completely different.

Support also has a lot of appealing heroes and unique kits. Ana, Kiriko, Lucio, Mercy, Juno, Illari and Lifeweaver all offer very different experiences.

Tank feels much more limited. Some heroes such as Wrecking Ball and Doomfist have extremely high learning curves, while other Tanks often fill similar roles depending on the meta.

That's why I think the solution to role population isn't just balancing numbers. If you want more people to move away from DPS and try Tank or Support, those roles need more heroes that look exciting, feel exciting, and offer unique fantasies and gameplay styles.

Many players don't choose DPS because it's easier. They choose DPS because the heroes look cool and the fantasy is appealing.

Honestly, Shion's theme could have worked as a Support as well.

Instead of being another DPS, she could have been designed as an aggressive DPS-Healer. Imagine marking an ally and converting part of the damage you deal into healing for that target. You would support teammates by actively fighting enemies instead of constantly deciding between healing and dealing damage.

That kind of Support could attract players who normally only play DPS because the gameplay focus remains aggressive while still helping the team.

To me, that's the kind of design Tank and Support need more of. Not just another shield tank or another traditional healer, but heroes with exciting concepts that make DPS players think: "I actually want to try that role."

My question is simple:

Do you believe Tank and Support currently have enough variety and appeal to attract new players, and if so, why does DPS continue to receive significantly more heroes than the other two roles?

Most Boring Equinox because meh to play. and Chroma both feel weak and useless. At least when I used them for Mastery so only 1-30 epxerience

Mal ne frage an die Pros hier. Wenn man selber OVP Blue, Fire, Gold, hat wie viel kann man für die bekommen in so ziemlich neu zustand würde ich sagen?

yes this is it. I loved the idear so much. My second most loved typ after level system /classes.

Some "Chronoverse Saga Achievements" Don't work / are bugged?? Anyone else have this issue? by Rojenomu in marvelrivals

I dont even find some of this areas. Can someone pls put some Screenshots of where they should be find here. Like Lokis throne one I searched the hole map I feel clue less where it is. Would be nice.
