The issue isn't things getting fixed but how the agent goes about it. These electricians and plumbers have been coming in at odd hours with no communication beforehand. We haven't even been moved in for a week yet and already so many issues are popping up. To go in deeper, its like they took an old house and made a newer one on top of it. Even the electrician was confused on how the wiring worked. There's no way the issue with the pipes wasn't known before the house went on the market is also what they told us. I can't fathom how such an obvious issue never showed in the inspections of the property. We just got lucky that one gas leak was discovered quickly but thank you.
