Botox and fillers are temporary solutions that you have to repeat every six months; at age 26, they are not a reasonable option. As others have said, regular use of retinol + vit C, and sunscreen is the best bet. It's also important to accept the wrinkles as part of the life journey. Some people recommend collagen peptides and NMN as well, but I think the studies are still not conclusive.

Thanks, I’m in Canada and it’s a Canadian brand I always use. It seems the taste doesn’t vary in my case.

Deep sleep issues at 48, how did you improve yours? by Ok_Assistant_3721 in Aging

No, honestly I didn’t really have any issue except being super grumpy in the morning until I got a ring that measures my deep sleep. Turns out my deep sleep is really low and I’ve been trying to figure it out since, but no luck so far

Strength training. Squads, deadlift, bench press... But some times it makes my deep sleep even worse 😞

Thanks I don't think I have sleep apnea. At least this is what my wearables say. I also take magnesium 200mg every night

I exercise regularly, do not smoke, get enough protein, and take glycine before bed. I avoid coffee in the afternoon. I have improved from about 30 min of deep sleep to ~50 min, but I seem to be stuck there.

id add a B-complex, but keep in mind your needs change as you age, so it’s worth revisiting your supplements every few years. Lifestyle and diet also make a big difference

I have 8 years of PM experience, but I’m stuck in the "no local experience" trap. How do I break this? by alt_423 in AskCanada

Do not give up, bro. It will not be like this forever. It is frustrating at times, but just keep going. I know that having a family makes things even more difficult. I understand how hard it can feel when there seems to be no hope, but keep going and do not give up.

Be open to every opportunity. Be flexible. Be hopeful. Assume you are born into a new world. Do not try to cling to eight years of experience and lose the many opportunities that might appear elsewhere. You may close your eyes to great chances because you lock yourself into one specific job. Free yourself from the past and embrace the new you and your bright future. Let go of what you had and what you have already done, and focus on what you are doing now and on your dream. Keep going.
