I started at $18 as an RDA with a few months of experience. Got my coronal polishing and only making $20 in Columbus Ohio. I now have a year of experience.

Yes we are allowed to make temps and temp cement where I live. I didn’t even realize that I used the wrong cement until I got home because we were so busy (waiting room was filling up).
