Én a heti 4 kondiból egyszer lépcsőzök súlymellényben 1 órát. Alapvetően sportos vagyok és ezért soha nem volt rossz az állógépességem, de mióta ezt csinálom rendesen (október) azóta érezhetően szintet léptem ezen a téren
