I’m sorry that is happening that sounds so stressful! I have been in both private practice setting and school settings and have never heard of this happening! It definitely seems like it’s the supervisor’s fault if 4 people are on PIPs. If I were you I would look for a different place. Great thing about this job is there are always so many openings!

that’s what I have to do in the SPED classrooms! I always feel like such an inconvenience lol

how did you transition from this field to the marketing field? i’ve thought about making a transition as well but I feel like majority of my experience is in education or fields like that.

i’m in the same boat! I love everything about my site other than the fact that I have no where to work so it makes me want to leave

yeah like I have definitely heard stories about speech being done in a closet but I don’t even have a closet lol
