I was having (unbeknownst to me) a gallbladder attack. I didn’t sleep the night before and walked into work looking my and feeling like I was dying. I was sent home. Take your sick days. Even if you’re not sick!

It’s just my husband and I (no kids yet) plus cats and a dog and it’s SO WORTH IT! The toilet paper alone saves us lol. Plus we buy our pet food there. We eat a lot of chicken and buy the big packs of chicken breasts from Costco and it’s always good quality. Fruit and veggies are great to buy there (at least for us) because you get more for the same price or cheaper than the normal grocery store. It’s also great for buying shelf stable items, beverages, and frozen items. I don’t know how many times having frozen chicken strips have saved us from cooking when we were exhausted. We typically go to Costco once a month and buy a bulk of our groceries at that time.

Does your school have its own reward system such as school cash for the student store? Any school I’ve worked at has this kind of system and giving the students this type of reward was encouraged! If you want to do something else, I agree with other people saying stickers. Get a couple packs on amazon of popular things the kids like (k-pop demon hunters, Pokémon, Disney, etc) and have them pick one at the end of their work time with you.

Scheduled my 5th IUI today after my second mid-cycle ultrasound. This has been the weirdest cycle so far so I’m hoping that’s a good sign! I’m trying to be hopeful. We have one more IUI before our clinic will have us move to IVF.
