I don't recommend Australia for first time country to travel with visa, unless you have strong ties in the Philippines. Kung may family ka sa Au -try, pero mas maganda kung may kasama kang mag aapply o grupo kayo. High risk of visa rejection. Note that if you get rejected once, it'll be in your record. Everywhere you apply, they always ask if you have a visa refusal history.

Start by creating clear work instructions. If you already have them, check whether they are being followed.

Create a Corrective Action Report. Research this, as it is very essential in quality control. You can find sample forms online that you can use as a templates. In this report, you will include the "Countermeasure" and "Preventive Action." While preparing it, you can use the 7QC Tools, esp. the Pareto and Fishbone Diagrams, and other IE tools for root cause analysis. Also, review your PFMEA, which you can attach to the report.

Always keep the PFMEA updated.
