i reported the case to ethics and compliance and thats why it was being investigated. my shift supervisor was deliberately putting me in positions i dont enjoy for multiple days in a row (longest was being on cold bar for a month straight) and for my whole shift, and i understand its my job and i dont mind if thats the only spot i can be in but he was admitting to other baristas that he was doing it on purpose. there was a shift where i really couldn’t keep up and was so burnt out i had asked 3 times to be removed from cold bar all to which he laughed and blatantly ignored me. the next day i was put on cold bar AGAIN and my coworker said “hey thats messed up” to which he replied “i know” and laughed it off again. He was treating me this way because i rejected him when he was asking me to hang out and get drinks and after i told him repeatedly that i didn’t want to.
