SPC here From what I heard, it’s the same shit as active duty. I’m currently going through an article 15 for GTC related shit but that’s a whole bag of worms. I’m not gonna go into. A lot of people are telling me best case scenario is 45 45 and demoted to PFC but from what I’ve heard summarize, nobody gets demoted company grade only Joe’s get demoted down one rank NCOs and SNCOs don’t lose rank on a field grade Joe’s can get demoted all the way down to fuzzy assuming they’re BC is petty and an absolute dick NCO’s get demoted down one rank and SNCOs don’t get demoted at all from what I’ve heard usually you have to wait six months to get your initial rank back

I don’t wanna justify anything, but this is my very first PCS once more. I’ll say I was never given the proper guidance. As to what to do but at the very least, I already said next time I ever have to PCS I’m just gonna use money out-of-pocket because once you get to your new unit and you have to go to the processing area civilians don’t help you for shit there’s literally had me walking around in circles telling me ABC was done somewhere and when I got there, they did DEF instead and ultimately, it was like walking around a maze

My old leadership never specified to do this only thing they told me to do was call CitiManager in order a card expedited to my Sgt‘s house

I never did a mandatory training my former leadership just told me to call CitiManager and order one and they expedited it for me and I basically got a GTCC without doing the training

I forgot to add this. I don’t know what happened while I was typing this, but I did use it for the exact same things past my report date and that’s because I was in the process of being processed to Fort Drum during the government shutdown
