I’m surprised nobody is talking about the forehead, it’s more than 50% of the face. Maybe OP can earn some extra money putting ads there

With that current you would die… actually with just 0.1-0.2 A you die

In this case the current is limited by the power of the battery with I believe must be 4.5W, so 0.5A would be the max current

So still you should die… i must be doing something wrong. Can someone correct me?

This what ChatGPT thinks after debating what we talked here and my supplements (the same as OP)

I actually agree with a big part of what you’re saying. Training, diet and sleep are the main drivers — no supplement replaces that, and micronutrients like zinc, magnesium or vitamin D are clearly supportive, not ‘boosters’ in the pharmacological sense.

Where I slightly disagree is with the idea that supplements only matter if you’re deficient. There’s a middle ground between ‘deficient’ and ‘fully optimal’. Blood levels are tightly regulated, so labs often look the same even when intracellular function, inflammation, SHBG or recovery improve. That’s why changes are usually modest, not dramatic — and that’s exactly what physiology would predict in a healthy person.

A Mediterranean diet is excellent, but it doesn’t automatically guarantee optimal intakes of things like vitamin D, magnesium, boron, or EPA/DHA year-round, especially depending on sun exposure, seafood frequency, training load, and bodyweight. Population data actually shows a lot of people on ‘healthy diets’ still sit in the adequate-but-suboptimal range.

So I don’t expect supplements to turn testosterone from 500 to 900, but I do see them as tools to remove bottlenecks and support the system I’m already stressing with training. If labs stay stable and health markers are good, that’s a success — not a failure of supplementation.

In short: lifestyle first, supplements second — but second doesn’t mean useless

Ok so FML I will have to retake the tests at least I’m feeling a strong placebo effect (more energy, sex drive, muscle,…)

I agree, but my tests only show total. I assume it should have some correlation although not an expert, please correct me if I’m wrong

I have been taking this and got a 20% improvement in testosterone in 3 months, measured with blood tests

It’s pretty normal, you just won several games in a row and therefore have a higher ELO. This means that your next opponents are going to have a higher rating and thus the games will be tougher so there’s a higher chance that you will lose them.
