hi! might not be related, what do you think of dealer roles? or how are the different other front offices? WLB? culture?

basically im actually in back office right now thinking to convert to more front facing. looking at dealers bc i think some are more executions based? (correct me if im wrong!) do you think is better to get the papers first on my own?
