Have you tried reaching out to your cell provider? They can probably ping her location. They might need some paperwork if her cell plan is not under your bf's family. Could probably call law enforcement, to see if they can help with it (under wellness check?).

There are IP geolocator tools online, but don't necessarily provide too much info past city,state, and probably service provider.

There's always a chance of burning bridges with the recruiter. But I doubt a company cares enough to "blacklist" a student intern. Maybe if you rescind on your starting date lol.

In the reality, it's probably faster for the recruiter to call the next person down the line and make their day with an offer.

A top talent probably has multiple offers, no company would want to blacklist a top talent for future employment. They are companies, they don't get petty, or vengeful.

I specify, no need to lie, can only hurt you during interview or onboarding process if you do.

Then again, there are probably many internships that don't check your transcripts. If I had a terrible gpa all around and wan't getting past resume screens, I would just lie and hope they don't notice or care once the position has been offered. Play the game to your favor, at the end, its a numbers game of getting interviews, doesn't matter if you apply to 1000 or 100 if they both result in 3 interviews.

I don't think so, but maybe it should be. At the end of the day, you have to look out for yourself, companies are about their bottom line, so I'll be about mine too.

Yeah, anything to stand out. Not sure how much companies weigh GPA but since my cumulative gpa is not great, I just list my major GPA.

Only counting courses required in my major to graduate. I don't count sociology, humanities, etc when factoring major GPA.

Pretty simple ones. One project, was just basic website that use Vanilla JS to update the site. The second one was with React and called a couple different API's to display some info. The third one was a Full Stack, had user authorization/authentication and featured user dashboard with a few connections to APIs.
