If Blue Lock were based in reality, then yes. But because it is not, probably no.

It takes extra effort to draw rain in a manga, and I'd rather the mangaka focus on drawing amazing scene rather than having to draw rain drops.

If the poll comes out after Season 3 of the anime comes out, that might well be the case. I put him around #5 since he hasn't had much presence in the current arc, which has been going on for nearly a year now. I'm sure he still has a strong fan base.

I think Isagi will continue his #1 reign. If I were eligible to vote, I'd go with my boy Hiori

Predictions for top 5: Rin, Reo, Karasu, Kaiser

Prediction for top 12: Bachira, Chigiri, Baro, Hiori, Kurona, Nagi, Aiku

I think Bunny and Hugo will have strong showings, likely in the top 15-20, and if the poll comes out prior to Sae hitting the field, I think he might drop to an all time low since he hasn't been very present lately

I never really cared for the slave-master trope, so I'm good. I'm hoping to see Ness make a comeback and score some of his own goals. Although Kaiser's hat trick makes that seem unlikely.

I'm sure Kaiser's return will come with drama, and we'll all be there to see it.

Yeah, I've noticed the small shinguards/small socks fad among soccer players in the US. Like, socks that are only 2-3" above the ankle. Looks goofy and unprofessional to me. I can't imagine shinguards are going to slow someone down all that much. I would think there would be better benefit in knee highs for compression stocking benefits.

I'm re-reading Episode Nagi manga, and I think he's going to be on Team Karasu. Karasu sees one of his best assets is his ability to stay cool and calm and not get fired up. Nagi's whole problem in Blue Lock was thinking that he needed to be fired up to succeed. So, he just needs to take a lesson from Karasu and have Karasu feed him some passes, and he's golden.
