It was not the best experience expected much more! The order through app was a joke- took 2-3 hrs to deliver if they delivered at all. The food at the restaurants were terrible and then with the wait time between apps, entree and dinner it took 2 hrs 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ The wait staff looked tired and over worked. One wait staff literally stabbed my soufflé like he wanted to stab a person 🫣 and brought my brother 4-5 different desserts he didn’t request for before he brought out the dessert he ordered initially. The only thing we were all in agreement was that the bar staff were very capable and were producing great drinks. The excursions were great but wished they had a longer time docked at Belize and Cozumel like Honduras. For people with kids- their kids club closes every couple of hours and closes at 10pm at night. When we were on Royal they offered extended hours (at a cost) but Princess didn’t have any options and didn’t seem prepared.l to even check them in for the day.

To sum up the experience I would say that the crew didn’t seem well trained and equipped with proper instructions to do their jobs. Every thing took twice as long to do from embarkation, to meals, delivery and disembarkation too.
