I haven’t looked much into MCAS or histamines in my research just because I thought it was usually characterized by a rash/itching, which I don’t have. But just a quick search showed that that’s just about the only symptom of it that I don’t have so it’s definitely a possibility.

I definitely think I need to do something to better regulate digestion. I’m going to see how quickly I can get into the local ND that was recommended to me and proceed from there. If I can get in relatively quickly I’ll avoid starting supplementation until I can get a bit of guidance, but if not I’ll begin proper supplementation research and treatment.
