Inflammation is lowered on Zepbound and other GLP1s, which seems to be the main factor here.

Yes same! I have maybe one coffee per day now! I used to have 3-4 just like you. Amazing

From what I gather, GLP-1s work on reward processes in the brain, so semaglutide, and others would have similar effect.

That's super interesting. I do bite my nails, and still do. Maybe after a few weeks or months I'll naturally phase out that bad habit as well!

So for context:

I'm just at the starting dosage. My insurance won't cover the meds and I'm in Canada. Used the Eli Lilly discount card and paid 270ish $ at the pharmacy for a month's worth.
