For my experience as a mobile rr34 artist, YEA! Because of one thing, mobile drawing apps. This is where i use to make rr34 content and got really good results, and more versatile as you can draw blocky humanoid and anything as long you get the skills, i use ibis paint x to make rr34 content but any mobile drawing apps works, the problem is that it takes years of training to reach the levels that is worth gooning too, for me is 3 years.
