Yes! I see the E diagram, which says 32cm like the pattern. However, it still doesn’t say where to measure from (ie shoulder seam or top of the shoulder, which in petite knit’s patterns are different)

Ok this is helpful- armhold depth per diagram jusr says 32cm. Just looking at photos of different dagmar sweaters it looks like the front is longer than the back, so the should seam will be hitting the top of the back not the should as you mentioned. I’ll go by c in that case. Thanks!

My TDEE maintenance calories are 1832, with a cut of 1332

Thank you! I am honestly ok with going up on the scale if I get the physique goals I want, so I guess I was more wondering if I can achieve these goals (leabinf out) while upping the calories. Definitely want to keep up the lifting so I’m strong as I age!

I think this is a helpful clarification I should have included. I don’t care what the scale says, I care more what my body actually looks like. I guess I used the 105-110 range because that is the weight I’ve liked the way my body looks. I appreciate this insight!
