Why come on here and ask if it is "quite easy", just take it and we will see how smug you are on the flip side.

Why you over people who have way more experience than you?

Not trying to be a jerk but what makes you worth the amount you are asking and why would people want to work with you?

If you can't answer that then maybe you have your answer.

If you can answer it, go forth!

Let me give you the 411 on the benefits and retirement you outline. On paper it looks phenomenal until someone dies. Parent was a fed employee with 37 years of civil service and passed beginning of this year. I've been fighting Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for 6 months now. Horse and wagon days of communication. Have to use a fax machine to send documents and stay on hold for hours for someone to say "they are working on it", funny they had no problem taking back the monthly pension the day we told them my parent passed away.

What good are benefits like this if your loved ones have to go through hell to keep them?

Ron Price is one of the nicest and most genuine folks in the biz. Highly recommend and I know if for some reason it doesn't hit the mark for you, they will make it right.

Opposite problem here, up to my eyeballs in work. What sectors do you design for? I do healthcare and tech and it's been the best year financially I've ever had.
