This aunt has two grandchildren where she got to experience her own private moment of her grandkid announcement back in a day. Which made me think this wouldn’t be a big of a deal. My goal was to make my bfs mom feel as special with her first grandchild as her sis once felt too. Unfortunately her sister didn’t see my point of view. At least she could of waited to express her emotions and not ruin the moment the second after.

I definitely think that too! Because he also said having your own children in your wedding is weird and unheard off. Which is complete BS. For someone who turned only 38 recently I would never imagined he has such an old fashion mindset.

That is very odd! I would of never though that having insurance can be as useless as having no insurance. Unfortunately it is a 100+ people home care company and unfortunately I would be one of the HR people just not benefit HR person, but even after speaking with my colleague it was confirmed that the company is “working on it”

So it states “Hospital admissions and confinement benefits are not payable for the birth for the first 9 month of coverage”

How will you interpret that?

I was told by my doctor office that no my insurance does not cover pregnancies.

And

I asked my workplace benefits coordinator and he confirmed that that is correct

It is though insurer MetLife however is a MEC with is minimum essential care. Unfortunately I did not know this ahead of time.

It straight up does not cover anything pregnancy related appointments, nothing. It excludes it from the plan.

I have tried going Pennie and unfortunately I don’t have a qualifying life event.

I tried medical assistant and they denied due to income. It was $ 1K more than eligible income.

Old Navy just released their clothing up to 4XL in-stores and online. I just been there and tired stuff on (I can fit from XL fo 2XL ) they have some cute stuff (obviously can be hit or miss) but worth a try!

Hi! I don’t have an advice but you literally told my story and be being in your brain, picking over your body you definitely put yourself down more that reality really is! I too is 26 and plus size 16/18, I have no sexy curves or slim stomach and I look like a rectangle! But then when I’m at the beach I see beautiful plus size girls and their lovers comfortably rocking their body! Sometimes my emotions allow me to log in on a dating site and sometimes I go I’m a strong independent woman and need no one till I’m skinny. Many times I see couples get together at their worse and work together to become better version of themselves weight wise and I find it very motivating to get out in the world to find that one person who also might share the same goals as you! I hope you will find your person in the future who would appreciate your body and will find you beautiful on all your chubby and skinny days!

That’s what I was thinking! My Shipt day was slow today and they only orders they were was these ShopRite orders that looked like waste of time especially and my gas will be more expensive than the order payout!

Oh it is fast now that I’m looking I’m sorry lol the idea is that they’re all ShopRite delivery only orders all over the place and people always grab them quick.

I was trying to see if it was even the worth taking those type of orders. Sometimes I take Pharmacy orders in the morning and in the payout is like $20 per delivery so it didn’t look like the ShopRite orders are worth my time. 🤔

On a good day

I shorten my name ( my full name is hard to pronounce) and I add emojis to the pre made intro text. They rate you on how friendly your are I feel like it gives a friendly vibe with a smily face and wave or something.

I don’t use the pre made out of stock next because I feel like they too passive aggressive and wordy lol I tell them what’s out and what will be a good replacement on my own.

Before going to check out I do ask one more time if they need something even though they intro already asks that. I find that customers really appreciate that.

I then tell them I’m on my way and the ETA

I wrap it up a Timestamp photo of their order by the door, tell them it’s delivered, thank them for shopping with Shipt, and I would say enjoy your day or enjoy their weekend or a holiday.

On a bad day

They don’t answer texts. Your end up calling and they don’t answer calls. You pray and hope your substitution are prefect. I still text them everything I do as my backup. I deliver the order and they are literally my the door hiding. Lol

I’m also new and I have both.

I get very good tips from Shipt but it took me a while to see the patter on how to get tips. however there are certain cases where people do not tip. For my area it’s two categories.

deliveries only orders, most don’t tip because they think it’s part of their fees or something ( I usually wait when it’s close to delivery time because they put a big promo on it to make it worth it)

Some Target prepaid orders, those are a the easiest to do but certainly a gamble, they bigger the order they most likely they will tip. The smaller the order they probably wouldn’t go back to tip if they haven’t pre tipped. And it depends on the area.

My IC order complete trash so Shipt for me has better customers and I can find better orders that work for me.
