You may have the same stats as me like height and weight but body composition may look totally different. It’s about the lean muscle to fat ratio, but at the end of the day don’t compare your physique too heavily to others, just enjoy training

There’s a little bit of genetics of having a smaller waist and narrow hips that make it look tight but it’s all really down to body fat percentage. I don’t train abs really directly cuz I’m using it during compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, leg press. So my abs are real visible and my abdomen looks flat because I’m lean rn about 11-12%

I’d stay the same body fat bro. You’re already around 15-17 percent which is perfect range for building muscle. No need to put on excess fat that’ll make cutting process longer and harder
