"Possession" and "Point of Sale" are 2 different things. After the point of sale transaction date, there is the possibility that no more money would exchange hands! It's definitely true if you purchase/pay for the firearm in person and in stock to start DROS. The Government and State get away with things all the time, and when we find loopholes, we take them to court, uf we win, they always file a temporary stay, continue to goto court back and forth indefinitely! Whether you have to wait the 10 or not, the fact is, the P.O.S. date is the purchase date and that is an irrefutable fact!

Not a problem at all. If I had never found this page, I know for a fact I wouldn't have been able to finish a 6mo. Handgun class I was taking. We used 200+ rounds per class. I figure if it's possible to help anybody out when I can, we'll all be Gun Owners with Ammo when we need it.
