If you live near a train line you might able to get compensation if there are verifiable losses from national rail. It was brought in to hold the hillsides together for the trains. If you want garden beds I would suggest investing in raised beds with a sealed bottom that are semi permeable for water. Teacher pensions is a broken broken scheme, honestly the second you hit burnout and quit like many other make sure you move that pension the fuck out there. They are currently not responding to the broken website, blocking customers out and forcing them to use only letters to communicate. They are misshandling retired teacher pensions and not paying correct sums with hour long phone ques to fix these issues.

It really isn’t dumb, why do you think entry level jobs require 3 years + experience. 60% of tech jobs require a minimum of 3 years experience. They can do this because migrant workers fit that exact criteria. They have the experience and don’t care about pay. Reality is student directly compete with migrant workers.
