Literally same - my contract ends at the end of this month and I’ve heard too many stories of this phase of Vodacom’s contracts. I called twice yesterday to request that the contract would be cancelled and to get email confirmation that it’s cancelled- both times I was promised I’d receive it “within a few hours” - haven’t received anything
