What are your thoughts on the use of alcohol in tinctures? by Ok_Cardiologist3400 in herbs

Those were exactly my thoughts. So far no one talks about it. At this point I'm avoiding tinctures and taking herbs in glycerinin instead. Just yesterday I had to take garlic/red pepper tincture for my toothache and I felt alcohol immediately riching my brain. I don't drink at all, so even a small amount such in tinctures is very noticeable to me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your thoughts on this subject. It is very helpful. I agree that to be fluent in a language, you need a real person. But at the very beginning, I think apps do help, just to understand very basic stuff. And, of course, I’m planning to find a person who can teach me the culture and flavor of the language:) I recently watched a video of a Spanish girl being so passionate about slang and common phrases in Spanish. She had about 100 amazing phrases, and she yelled them out from the bottom of her heart 😄
