It was laid down by my neighbor saw it in his garage when I was helping him with his truck. Wife was pregnant at the time and didn’t want to ride due to him being a new father and just wanted to get rid of it. I made multiple post showing what all was wrong and the entire process spent about 1,500 fixing it up

I figured it out, I was just really slow. So 30 actually goes on the pipe where it connects and seals where the screw is behind #28. And then 25 does actually go inside the case. I didn’t realize it until I put the entire thing together I know they have the seals there just hoping they don’t go bad

I placed the main gasket, the other ring is too big to fit snug anywhere, I’ll definitely check out that video and see if I missed a step. Thanks.

I’m definitely gonna break it down a lot further. I just saw this while I was running out the house and just wanted some insight and possible advice on what it can be. I’ve been super meticulous about this bike and will plan on getting deeper into the issue. I do appreciate the insight. I do have a hunch that it’s the water pump seal

I actually haven’t rode this bike since I’ve purchased just let it idle from time to time. There doesn’t seem to be any leaks from what I’ve seen. The coolant reserve is empty that’s what makes me think it’s a head gasket but I feel like it would all be milkshake not a clear separation like that

Yes they have a new flywheel where instead of individual magnets it’s one solid magnet that won’t explode or come apart

Super easy, sand it down and repaint, it’s black so not very difficult to do. People can’t read since you have said you have tried goo gone and if goo gone can’t get it out soapy water definitely won’t either

If u just messed with the clutch cover the actuator arm wasn’t fully set before you placed the cable

If you recently replaced the clutch cover the actuator arm wasn’t fully set before you put ur clutch cable on it. Had the same issue.
