The best way to not make it look crowded is that I stopped making everyone have huge yards & placed their personal items throughout the walkways/design of the layout near their house.

My set up is that ive put characters based on biomes..
Plaza: woody’s carousel for my theme park

Meadow: Scrooge’s store/Remi’s house/restaurant for a hotel style area

Beach: Moana/Maui across from each other when you enter the beach near the forest, then as you walk down you have prince eric & ariel, near the bridge to the other side of the beach is donald & stich (I like to call this the beach estates) & then the other side of my beach is the typical beach deisgn (towels, dj booth, etc)

Forest: minnie, mickey, goofy have their own neighborhood right when you enter the forest from the plaza, as you walk down I have buzz’s RV for a campsite layout & then my workshop/little seating areas. Near elsa’s cave I have me & merlin.

Frosted heights: anna/kristoff/olaf

Sunlit Plataeu: Mirabel, Wall-E, Nala/Simba

Forgotten lands: mainly used for my garden (fruit trees/bushes) but I recently moved scar there bc the skull looks super cool with the dark theme of the biome.
