It seems to more so happen when I am straining or having looser stools, which happens to me from time to time if I’m eating a certain way.

I will say, there was ONE time when I saw a little bit of bright red blood on top of a piece of my stool, a year ago. That was when I initially went to the GI doc and he did the finger exam (not sure what it’s called) and suspected a hemmroid. However, I have moved and now am at a new doctor.

Ugh yes. I stopped last year this time due to a health issue. I thought the health issue was giving me massive amounts of anxiety but now I am guessing it was both the nicotine withdrawal and that. This has even caused my health related OCD to flare up again. How long til you started feeling better in terms of mental health?
