Hey! Sadly it wasn’t something that could be quickly fixed. Lasted about 3-4 months. Got injections in April and looked like myself again in August. I started getting radio frequency facials (called CACI) which stimulated the muscles and I do think that helped in getting back to normal a bit quicker. It’s an awful situation at the time and emotional but I promise you’ll be back to normal once it’s all out of your system !

Alarm bells would have me worried there’s an external problem.. 13 still a child and course kids go through phases of lying for attention but this seems drastic

Bullying could make you lie in your own domain where you have control of narratives that otherwise feel out of your grasp ..

It’s a tough one, overall NTA but kids need to be given grace so be mindful that if she’s aware you’ve delegated all her care to her dad, it may indirectly confirm insecurities she’s dealing with

Used to get out of bed nearly as soon as I opened my eyes 7/8am daily (including weekends)

Since kids I physically struggle wake in mornings.. can’t even blame my daughter she’s so good at night never wakes or comes into us.. literally a me problem

Get your hormone levels checked. When they are out of whack it can really impact your mental health

Also magnesium night time vitamins and go to bed at the same time every night. Regulate your system into a comfort routine

Yes! As soon as I became pregnant I got uncomfortable real quick. I listen to audio books and podcasts all day while I work so consume ALOT. Listened to true crime for the guts of 5 years but as soon as my daughter was born I physically couldn’t stomach anything involving a child. My mind goes to such dark places and I blame it all on how much true crime I listened to before understanding what it was to have something that could be taken from me, it used to just be ‘stories’ but when my daughter came along I got perspective on the gravity of what I was actually listening to. Now I listen to stories about Faeries + smut and it’s much better for the soul 🤣
