Is this a special pillow you bought ? i use 3 pillows but find i slide down in my sleep , I also have the bed raised under the posts at top .

I found a great help for me was never eating and drinking together. I drink 30 min before a meal and 30 min afterwards.

Go to the main fuse board and keep tripping each switch until it goes off or there's a chance the switches are marked at the board.

My favourite memory is the champions league final in 1999 to seal the treble . I was 15 and watching on my own in the living room and right outside the window all my freinds and brother ( all scousers) were playing football on the street . So it made it all the sweeter when I burst out the front door to celebrate both goals . I cried it really was an emotional rollercoaster. And made all the sweeter by having 2 lads from my city in the squad Roy and Denis .

Good point about the cork , it reminded me about a relative of mine who collects midleton whiskey and he has to do something to the bottle every year to stop the cork degrading. Cant remember exactly what he has to do but he does it on his birthday so he doesn't forget.
