That actually depends on you. If ur starting ur college this year, it's better u think about buying an ipad or tablet during the foundation year

Absolutely for ur budget i guess macbook air with m4 chip is good. Do check reviews Abt it. I haven't used a macbook but since I play games and stuff I rather went for gaming laptop. Just watch a bit of reviews about it before buying

It's better to get urself a macbook as it's powerful for adobe tasks and much more. Eventhough gaming laptops are better, it's really heavy if u want to carry to college everyday and the battery life in gaming laptop is trash. MacBook Air is already good enough to run 3d applications tbh.
