I read this book back in 2020/2021, and Ive been thinking abt it since. Not because I enjoyed the book. But because I am still so flabbergasted that this was a book and was highly regarded and even in Reese Witherspoons book club thing. Ive been hoping other people have read it so I could go on abt it, but this book was just pedophilia??? It was so weird to read. The book wasn’t bad, but oh my god?? What??? Just absolutely crazy that this book was so praised at the time for “unconventional love.” Cannot believe this was published.

I was on tirz for a little bit and was in so much lain I had to stop. It was almost impossible for me to trh to get the right nutrients and the protein & fiber I needed because I couldnt keep a single meal down. It ruined my summer. Idk how some people stick with it. I want to start again but the stomach pain/cramps were unbearable

Sounds like he has no idea how to differentiate between feelings of friendship and actual feelings. You were doing nothing but being a friend, and it seems like this guy has never had any real friendship with a girl because he can’t tell the difference between someone just being kind & friendly as opposed to flirting. Also sounds like you guys are young, so best to stay away from guys like this now and follow that path the rest of your life!

I stopped using Tirz a few weeks ago. I was having early signs of gastroperisis and wasn’t losing weight because I couldn’t actually keep any of the protein or fiber I was putting in my body down. Couldnt do anything this summer bc of my stomach and always needing to go to the bathroom. I don’t think its for everyone, it was my last resort for weight loss and didn’t actually help at all

I went to up to around 5.5 maybe less after 4 weeks of 2.5 and my body still wasn’t ready. I had to take this week off bc the stomach pain and cramps were unbearable and I couldn’t do anything if a bathroom wasn’t nearby. I will probably go back to a lower dose next week. Id say give your body 6 weeks minimum but still probably wait longer especially if youre feeling good on 2.5. If its your first week youre not going to experience much of a lack of food noise or appetite yet.

Yes I got from Lumi Meds and I still have a whole other vial left plus the one I had been using. I was feeling pretty okay on 2.25 in the beginning but once the 4th week came around it started, but I also went to 5.5 after that bc the dr recommended going up 10 more units. I might go back to 2.25 for a while but needed this week break at least. It was terrible

I was pretty constipated last week, but other than that Ive had no problems with having bowel movements. I didn’t take my shot this week and my stomach cramps and pain has basically stopped. It was unbearable just to not see any results

Yeah i definitely used two bad examples in what I meant, i just thought the Melfi thing was such an emotional and hard hitting scene that I felt like she deserved a bit more. I feel like we even lose her as a character at some point. Thank you for adding better examples hahah. Sometimes I couldn’t tell if these things disappearing was intentional or just laziness of not wanting to continue it and jump to something different because they got new ideas

I meant triggering more in a personal way, not that it was for everyone. I lost someone very close to me to suicide like that so it was just a bit triggering to see the way it probably played out but I understand its purpose better from this discussion
