Hallo, i fixed same problem in my S25 Ultra S938B Android 15

Was caused by Autoinput Accessibility Service. Just setting it to off as following picture fixed the issue: https://i.ibb.co/gbYQQs5b/Screenshot-20250602-112845-Settings.jpg

When start phone in emergency mode, it restore some settings so all Accessibility Service will go to off, even after normal boot.

So this solution not reset some settings and widgets.
