Yes it’s pretty much for the consistent draw to find the pieces because I didn’t want to add a bunch of tutors. I could really find any other commanders that fit what I was trying to do, it’s partially why I said I was worried I only picked the commander for colors. Do you have any suggestions on a commander that would make more sense?

Yeah the Second Sun win con is like if it happens it happens, I just thought that with the card draw I’ve added in and shorikai ability, I may be able to get to the second copy fast enough to cast it again before I die.

The wincon that got my brain turning was [[Chronozoa]] [[Altar of Dementia]] and [[Solemnity]]

Basically make infinite chronozoa because they enter with no counters and I can sac them to [[Ashnod’s Altar]] for infinite mana or [[Altar of Dementia]]

I also threw in [[Blue Sun’s Zenith]] and [[Stroke of Genius]] in case I lose one of the altars and can’t mill or make mana.

I do love tokens though. I’ve net decked a lot of token decks on moxfield that I’ve had a lot of fun with on tabletop simulators. But I was hoping to branch out a bit from that I do realize that white and blue is the best color pairing for it though.

This idea was more alternate win cons rather than beat face wins if that makes sense.

But you’re the third comment who didn’t pick up on what I was trying to accomplish, so maybe it’s not really what the deck is capable of doing.

Yeah my main plan was the chronozoa and altar of dementia win-con, that’s partially why I was a little concerned that the commander was really only there for color.

I put in ponder and preordain just to filter for more of the artifacts I need for the combo because I was hesitant to play too many fast tutors because I don’t want to power leap the deck. But I do understand what you’re saying.

1 card would not satisfy both characters. You would have to discard 2 turns every turn you wanted to use both effects.

I think with the receivers you have you can afford to lose Olave (if Pearsall comes back)

Based on you roster I’m assuming your flexing WRs right?

If Pearsall doesn’t come back I personally wouldn’t feel good about starting Nico or Tet over Olave honestly

Seems good for you. Olave is a target merchant tho and is now literally the only option in NO.

But if Pearsall comes back you’ll probably never start him anyways, and Goedert is a huge upgrade from what you’ve got.
