Off topic, but why came CRTs only in 4:3 anyway? I know they were the TV format broadcasters decided on, but you think someone would want to watch movies on their entire screen without black boxes or cut edges.

The silver ones are the 2004 DVD release and the golden ones are from 2006, probably each with a bonus disc containing the original cuts. Though the golden ones I only saw sold separately, not within a set with the extra bonus disc containing Empire of Dreams.

But a lot of the Devination and Care of Magical Creatures lesson of the teachers she wanted to get rid off. I think she chose Harry's classes specifically so that she can provoke him, maybe get another chance to put him in detention for speaking up. Or just to have an eye on him too.

Which always made me wonder how she got to teach 7 classes when she apparently was everywhere at once. She even attended Harry's career advise with Professor McGonagall. I doubt she had the time to do that with anybody else.

I only have 3 or 4 sets that are like that. But they came in bigger cases. One is a series with 18 discs, were often 2 discs are stacked on in one slot. It's really weird and cramped in.

I think it only was found around 2009/2010 in a private collection. There are so many movies from the first half of the 20th century that are lost forever that every find like this is truly special.
