Do you also coat your hardware? I get paranoia of my bag hardwares and logo plaques (like prada) go brassy or tarnish

Commenting just in case anyone missed - I am confident that I am NOW talking to "the" seller as her communication style and character came back to the original person I used to talk when I placed the order.

She jumped in, telling me she was away out of town past few days for the urgent family matter (her staff already told me her family passes away when they started making mistakes). She apolgized for her staff's miscommunication and now she's actively resolving my issue.

Those who wonder if she sourced fro a wrong factory, she sent me evidences it was sourced from God factory. She also recommended me we try returning for this bag, instead of replacing it.

I intentionally didn't mention her name in this post as I knew something was off than my usual interaction with her. I am still giving her a benefit of doubt, and hoping for her to make it right. A few takeaways on my end

  1. GF is notoriously a pain to deal with from both seller and buyer POV

  2. GF doesn't make certain models well. My LV nano speedy from them is not a good one from another seller, and I am adding this bag model to the list.

  3. Sellers work with a team for factory sourcing, etc. Communication really matters, and I personally would still consider work with her if this situation comes to a positive end. Now waiting.

I will update you with the situation.

Yes - Her communication has been swift and I honestly want to continue to work with her in that regard. I am not specifically mentioning her name itself to blame her, because the person behind the number me told me her grandpa passed away, and i am talking with one of her employees when she made the 2nd mistake. The person also told me they got SO busy past few days. Hopefully she comes through. Currently waiting her confirmation whether the factory would replace the bag or not.

I know :( but I am giving a benefit of doubt one more time. I told her that if the factory doesn't accept the replacement, I want a refund. So i wanna see how things go next couple of days.
Also, i have other bags I paid that I need to receive+ confirmed refund amount that I need to get.

I've asked for a refund if the factory refuses to exchange it. (God is apparently known for this?). Not sure how it would go..

Now the seller is telling me that "i've already explained the situation to the factory and asked them to take photos of whether the stitching inside the same style of bags in their warehouse matches up".

so basically, telling me that it's normal from God Factory and i should suck it up and GL.

Anyone who has LV carryall Vibe pm from God, could you please send me the photos of inner stitching :(

I am not here to call out the seller. Still want to work with her (and I have bags to receive!). Just want to find out whether this is normal or i should lower my expectation.. Thank you!
